Thanks for your work on this great AAR! I'm following your new one too and love the way you've broken it down into even finer detail! :)

I am officially stopping this AAR at this point. A new version has been released for play testing that includes some changes that will only take place when starting a new game and several changes that affect the early war that need to be tested. I will start a new AAR covering the new game in much the same format. I will also be a bit more detailed about my turn 1 movements and philosophy to help Axis players get a good handle on the early game. I will also be using the AI Air Assist in that game as there are some changes that need testing there. Feel free to download the included files and continue on to see if Guderain's master plan will work.

Thanks, Carl. Your AAR's have been a huge help to me and the community.

Which is the new version, the v01.00.11 or something else? In any event, great job on this AAR, the save files are very nice for learning to look at and be able to compare to what you did in the game!

Beethoven - If I told you the new version I would have to kill you . . . :)

Part of the play testing process is being able to compare a previous result with the new result. So yes the existing AAR will be used to compare things in the new AAR which have had changes to see if they work the way it is hoped to be.

Thank you all for your kind words. I am glad that you found it useful - if nothing else there are several examples of what NOT to do.
