Community Help requested (An Act of Congress)

I am interested in developing a scenario and because I don't have the most experience with the game I thought it would be best to enlist the help of as many people as possible.

The development will be part of a community effort with ACNavalhistory live so most of it will be done in that discord. If you are interested in on the development please enter their and either PM on the for or react to the pinned post in general chat with the the Thumbs up. Particularly interested in having experienced WITP players as we don't have any ATM.

I may also be looking at doing a revised database that is more readable (looking at you Leader section) and easier to expand upon with all historical ships and officers and devices for the second world war period.

I can see how you could get that impression do another better formatted out with a more developed ideas and a less misleading title. I have some ideas but I would like some experienced players to bonus them off of.
