Abadan is dead

Recently installed 1.8.11.27.2 running Windows 11. Picked up an existing game of Scenario 1. The game is generally running smoothly but when I try to see the existing convoys at Abadan or send a convoy there, nothing happens when I click on any of the possibilities. One time, trying to send a convoy there, it did tell me the convoy would go to 41,3 but when I went back to the convoy screen, it showed 21, 3 (the new Suez). Plus, when I then went to confirm Abadan as the home port, it was unresponsive again. Any thoughts?
