(Resolved) Biuld 1706: Don of a New Era LIVE: SSBMs not launching on event

Hello gang,

I been playing as NATO for Don of a New Era LIVE and noticed that the Russians never launch their SSBMs against Ukraine targets or Black Sea vessels, it made the scenario super easy as a lot of Russian planes were getting shot down from SAMs.

In the editor, I noticed that for the Russia missions the Iskandar missile strikes for north and south, plus the Black Sea missile launch missions are inactive and set to launch date of 08Aug2016 (which is not the scenario date) with a deactivation date as the actual time of the scenario (November 10, 2016). Something to flag and fix for the next update.

Not sure if the updates are affecting the triggers and scripts in various scenarios but might be something to look into. If possible, perhaps a quality of life review for all developer-released scenarios, including the paid LIVE ones?

Please don't hate me for flagging all these! I've been playing alot of scenarios and noticed these things here and there.
