Game Crashes on Marco Polo Campaign

Hi, picked up the game for the upcoming tournament and have tried to practice the scenarios but twice now the Marco Polo scenario has crashed at different times during the scenario. Seems to happen randomly upon ending a turn.

Sorry to hear that, and to help us identify the issue please can you navigate to the error folder that will have been created:

%HOMEPATH%\Documents\My Games\Strategic Command WWII - War in the Pacific\Error

An error log and a save file should be there, and if you can email them to support@furysoftware.com with what you've said here, that would be great.

Hello, thank you for the swift response. I am looking at the folder structure and do not see an Error folder. My saves are also not there for some reason.

Have you input the path I gave, pointing to your Documents area?

It's not the same as where the game itself is installed.

Or try removing the "\error" from the end, just in case the game crashed without creating an error folder.

Yes, I do not have any kind of crash log. The only thing I see is a Steam VDF file that aligns with my latest crash at 4:08pm local time here. I have sent an email now with what I have. Thanks for helping out, as I am pretty excited about the tournament.
