towed upgrades for artillery (beast Arty!)

Hi Vic,

I am a longtime fan and have 700 hours in the game.

I don't use standard artillery. It don't seem to power up and has limited mobility. I think we should be able to upgrade with the bandit cavalry animals to toe the artillery around! I mean Napoleon did with horses.

but after early game animal use, we should be able to add trucks and mech vehicles to the unit. I was messing around with staff council and could not add tracks or trucks to individual artillery.

I excited for República! I have it wish listed.
