Not much left to do, though I won't put a date on it. But we still are waiting on Erik to Green-light the Beta Test.

I have now finished updating my Denmark Strait 1941 scenario. It wasn't as easy as I thought, but not too difficult.

Here are the Commanders added to the scenario. Only one was in the canned list. The other three had to be created.

Edit: There actually was no reason to add the Captain, since he would need three promotions to fill a Vice-Admirals shoes, and only one promotion is allowed. (But it was fun to do!)

Here are the two hierarchies. Only the British one has a formation link.

And here's a look at some of the other adjustments: Unit/Formation names took advantage of the 32 character limit. Sizes and Service Arms were set for formations and (not shown) units.

In case you haven't noticed manpower estimate for Lutjens Task Force seems to be way over the top.

All else, thank you for taking care of TOAW !!

Yes, I've finally been able to reproduce what others are seeing. Hopefully that will enable me to fix it. :D

For existing scenarios, does increasing to a 32 character unit/formation field require an adjustment to events which have the unit/formation name as an input?

It allows such adjustment if desired. But if the name is not increased in size, no adjustment is needed. Actually, no adjustment to the events is needed no matter what. The name, no matter its length, will fit in the event fields.

Gasp! I finished updating my "Jutland 1916" scenario. This was in the "Minor" column but was anything but minor. Lots of Commanders needed to be added. Also, I discovered a bust in the formation attachment feature: The limit is 15 subordinates per superior formation, but there is no check to make sure you're not about to exceed that limit. So, of course, I did, and there's no way to recover from it. Gotta fix that down the road. I had to start over.

Three full days (and I do mean full) was much more than I had planned. We'll see if it's an exception or not soon.

Here are the 29 British commanders. All but two had to be added the hard way:

And the 19 German commanders. Again only 2 were in the canned list. That's a total of 44 commanders that had to be designed.
