Surrendering..what gets counted?

Post by TotenkopfZZ »

When someone surrenders in mid game to get the current score, are the victory objectives counted in the surrendering players score? What is or is not counted?

This is in a PBEM game.

Thanks.

Spwaw manual version 5.0, page 17:

When a player feels his situation is hopeless he can surrender by using the F9 key. If the
opponent accepts, the game will then be scored as though it ended that turn. Some may
view it more a cease fire than a surrender as victory hexes remain in the hands of the
current owner, but abandoned vehicles of the player with the fewer victory hexes will be
counted destroyed for the opponent. The end of battle victory objectives and the
remaining points of a points per turn victory objective are not counted.

In many cases all what we need is there, just check... <img src="wink.gif" border="0">

Thanks. Believe me, the manual is always the first place I look but I was only to find a short bit on page 159 about it in the FAQ. Must have just skipped over the point you mentioned.
