I just started playing and was wondering does the Alt/C bring up anything for the Germans?

Also I see a factory building the DO-217 but the manual doesnt have list its stats. Anywhere I could find them and anything else not in the manual?

Alt-C is the Off Map city report. The Axis have none, so I don't think it does anything. You can get a full equipment list by doing an Alt-R during your turn. This writes a report to your WIR directory that includes full information regarding equipment ratings as a part of it. Just ignore the availability dates listed as they are wrong.
