Anyone else bought and tried dowloading the game today??? Download not working!!!

Sorry Tanaka, I'm not sure how to try re-downloading a game once I already have it - although I know you're supposed to be able to within 30(?) days.. so I can't test this to see how it works for me.

Can you try a prog that lets you continue downloads and maybe it'll continue from where you got lost connection?

You can try over again by clicking "support" and looking under "My Order Status". You have to have your order number, which is in the e-mail you'll have received, and the password you selected when you made the order.

yep ive retried and retried and it never goes beyond 78% downloaded... [:(]

I just tried it again with no luck. The speed kept decreasing and it finally cut out after 90 meg. I tried getright earlier as I mentioned and got speeds of about 1.5-2 kps. I'll try stardownloader and see what happens.

tried both solutions and neither one worked...

with startdownloader i got to about 83% but then nothing....the fourth part of the file always times out...

tried to redownload again with startdownloader and it says Size:Error Forbidden...

i tried dowloading with GetRight and got about 90%...

If(IF) it's the same problem i had, are you using MSN?, try using IE(internet explorer) to download it. There is a problem with MSN ISP and Digital River due to some new MSN issues...try it[:)].

after 3 days of agonizing over why i couldnt get this game to download i finally got it to work!

for anyone else with problems this is what i did:

disconnect from wireless and router and connect directly to modem. disconnect firewall. disconnect antivirus. use Get Right.

Im finally in! [:D] Thanks to all who tried to help! Especially to Reiryc! [&o] Looking forward to this great game! [:D]

haha... I'm in the same boat. Everytime I fire up the game I end up with 1 more turn-itis and suddenly it's 3 hrs past when I told myself I should stop! [X(]
