Band of Heroes Available At GenCon 2005

Post by David Heath »

Hi Guys

I am proud to say that Mark Walker is once again with us at GenCon and will be selling the very first hot of the press copies of Band of Heroes. Demos will be available for those who are interested in trying out the game. Mark Walker will be demoing the game himself.

I like to thank everyone for supporting us in finishing our first board game. I think you all will be very happy with the end product and find Band of Heroes to be the best game yet in the series.

David

To add to Dave's comments, we expect pre-order stock to be in Digital River's warehouses by the end of the week, so we anticipate that the first pre-orders will be shipped out either the end of this week or early next week. The only remaining delay right now is how quickly copies can be assembled and shipped.

Regards,

- Erik

Also, since we expect pre-orders to ship very soon, the pre-order period is now closed and the price for Band of Heroes is now at its release level of US $69.99, which remains a great deal for what's in the box, compared to many other board games.

I couldn't agree more. There are some seriously expensive games on the market now. I'm sure most of them are worth it too, but with six mounted maps, 480+ counters, 16 scenarios (and wait till you see the scenarios), I think you all are really going to like this.

Best,
Mark
World at War: Revelation, a creepy, military action, alternate history, World War Three novel. At Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (http://tinyurl.com/mcgcht8). Only $3.99. What the hell?

Don't know who he is, but he's a big fan of Lock-n-Load to be sure. Here he is at Origins. [;)]
