Turn 11:
With all armored and AA Gun threats eliminated in the West Farleigh sector, the 88mm FlaK guns embark on their transports and move east to assist the Germans in the East Farleigh area.
3rd Company and the Panzer IIIFs clear the last of the British troops on the south side of the river near West Farleigh, and prepare to cross and advance on Teston.
However, several British units guard the approach along the northern bank of the river.
Artillery strikes are ordered on the defenders.
1st Company and 18th Recon also clear the south side of the river near East Farleigh, and prepare to cross.
A Panzer IV is lost to an ambushing pair of A13s, but the remaining Panzers exact revenge for their lost comrade and blast the British tanks to scrap metal before they can reload.
5th and 6th Company can finally claim total victory over the British on the German's eastern flank though not without some sacrifice. A total of 10SPs of German troops are recorded as casualties.
However, British losses are horrific: 24 Commando, 4 Engineer, and 6 Rifle Platoon SPs are put out of action. The leader of the Commandos is also counted among the dead.
Several powerful 3.7-inch AA batteries protecting Maidstone prevent a further German advance.
So, II Battalion will now fall back towards Loose, where several rogue British units appear to be heading.
