If you play the axis, invade alaska in 1940. take almost all of your troops out of china. then after attack on alaska bring in 4 planes and 12 army. america does not have any troops ready that early. it puts up a weak fight. Go down to cali and across canada. dont worry about anything else. Once you got america's production of of the war, you win very easy.
