Where is the Disk?

Post by Flannel »

Eric Rutins replied to my query of 13/01/07 re non-delivery of my disk and promised to come back or someone would with information.
I've had nothing so far 17 days later???????????????????
I've checked all my 'Matrix' folder for any email re this and haven't any at all re BoA.
Certainly haven't got the disk!

When I do recieve the disk I want to purchase 'WPO' and am patiently awaiting
the WWI game release.
Please ship BOA to me soonest!!

Flannel,

FYI, it's 11 days later, but still you should have heard back.

I did follow-up with DR and our Support and one of them was to get back to you directly. I should have also posted here. The EU site orders for both BOA and FOF were back-ordered for a long time because of delays with the new printed manual process. The good news is that they should ship out by the end of this week. The bad news of course is that it took this long, but the better news is that you'll get a full color printed manual in the package.

Ordering any other boxed game other than BOA and FOF will result in no delays at all. The problems rolling out the printed manual process have nothing to do with our other titles. Boxed copies of other titles ship out within a day or two of the order.

Regards,

- Erik

Eric, Thank You! I have several games now and eagerly await some upcoming ones!
I was becoming a little concerned about the responses from 'support@matrixgames.com'
I still haven't heard a word from them in spite of my first mail to them.
As a 'by the way' I wonder if you've come across 'Compass Games.com' They have a game 'Silent War' which is actually a solitaire board game about the US submarines in WWII. It took top rating on Boardgamegeek and Consim games in 2006 and every review rates it very highly. I have bought it and it does play exactly as described and the pieces are extremely high quality, EVERY! sub' is there inc Brits, Dutch, etc .................Just thought Submariners may enjoy it!! Well worth a look anyway.
