IT WON'T RUN!!!

After the opening video comes up and I pass it I get a Direct Draw Initialization Error # 2005532552. It happened with both the 4.5-5 upgrade and the full 5.01 download(gotta love cable). I am running DX8a(unless I got sent back somehow). I ran 4.5 2 hours before I ran the installs. Any ideas?

Videocard?
Videocard driver version?

All I can think of would be issue with your videocard drivers.

VooDoo3 2000. The newest drivers. The thing is, it ran 4.5 without a hitch at all...

Strange. Matrix guys probably will know if the screen handling code has been changed. Unfortunately Voodoo drivers are bit iffy, and have compatibility problems with many programs.

Any other voodoo user having same issue?

Well, it seems to be a problem with M$. After I reinstalled DX8a it worked ok... GRR!!!

Please write some Linux games!!!
