New Patch

Can we get a list of some of the important updates, etc that are in the new patch? Also what is everyone's early opinion of the patch/ I've downloaded it, but honestly am waiting to install it till I hear some more feedback. The previous patch worked fine, so I need some convincing[:D]

is the newest update (the revision re-released a few hours ago) the vista compatibility patch?  I have a fresh install, with the 139 update and the new revision update.  I do not receive the error message i initially received before the patch, but the program does not run.  I get the MF menu, i select play and then nothing.  anyone out there with vista having issues like me?

sorry, i had the fresh install, 139, 149, and then the newest revision update.  is there no one out there with vista having issues like me?
