More fun than I thought it would be

Hussar Games "For Liberty!" is a turn based game of the American Revolution and the Rakoczi Independence War. More fun than I thought it would be

I honestly thought that once I purchased this I would almost immediately regret it. I was wrong. This game is much more fun to play than I thought it would be. Being a guy who has basically been a PACWAR, UV, WITP player I thought I would miss the strategic detail of those games. I quickly learned that the tactical battles were a blast and more than made up for the lack of strategic detail. I have been playing it everyday FOR HOURS AND HOURS. (So much so that I had to force myself to stop for awhile or risk the wrath of my wife!) I would definitely recommend this game to others.

im currently in the middle of a great campaign i've spent hours on, as the americans and on the general level of difficulty.  Its the campaign season of 1780,and I think I've finally turned the tide against the red coats.

thank god i'm away from my girlfriend this summer, or i'd be facing her wrath as well
