Is there a simple (ex a .ini file) way to change monthly income?

If you're needing money, you can change the Alien Base Reward to whatever you want in a .xbg file... const-something. If you do a search on your ufo/data directory you'll find it. It's at the bottom of the text. Might need to extract it using xbig first. I changed mine to 2 million once I hit the highest ranking aliens (400k is not worth the effort in those hell holes).

Is there a program that will let non-programers edit the .xbg files?
