"The Combat Mission series offered greater detail in terms of unit variety and specificity of orders, and superior graphics"

I owned CM, and I find this hard to believe, judging from Kharkov's screenshots; the soldiers in CM looked like "dolls".

Also, vehicles in CM had an unfortunate tendency to bump into and "meld" into one-another, then slowly untangle; does this also happen in Kharkov?

Hey Joe (watcha doin with that gun in your hand),

These are two different games your talking about. Sheesh how on earth can you expect one to act like the other in terms of bugs or graphical glitches?

I agree, but for some reason, people keep "remembering" CM's graphics as superior rather than actually looking and comparing. CM's graphics were great when it released, but Kharkov's are significantly better.

No, no melding of vehicles.

They're not that different at all and are often compared/contrasted w/one another.

Pse read Rutkins post above and see for yourself.

Very comprehensive preview and list of features.
I might add that because of the delay more models have been added since the feature list was made. The Soviet BA-3, BA-6, BA-10 (some call the BA-10A) and BA-10M have been added last 2 weeks.

No Elefant, just the Ferdinand. Survivors of 1943 were refurbished and fitted with a hull MG and a cupola and renamed Elefant.
Speaking of refurbishing Abereen just restored their Elefant.
