Q. I can't run the Random battle generator, Random campaign generator, Scenario or Campaign editors?

A. Some antivirus software programs break the windows file association to HTA files. This is not a good solution to protecting you in any case.

In order to fix the problem you will need to use regedit to make your HTA file association windows default again.

Run regedit from the command prompt.

Goto:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\htafile\shell\open\command

Ensure:

(Default) = %SystemRoot%\system32\mshta.exe "%1" %*

or

(Default) = %SystemRoot%\SysWOW64\mshta.exe "%1" %* (if you have a 64 bit OS)
