[WIP] IS-1

I was a little surprised when I started building this using the KV-85 as my starting point. The IS (JS) tanks are smaller than the KV series.

Yet another masterpiece from Mobius. He and Stridor have set the standard for AFV. While there doesn't appear to be a whole lot more talent out there as far as armour goes, these two are doing the game proud!
