Not really, it covers the rise of Rome in Italy, then the invasions of Gaul, Germania, Hispania & Brittania. The engine works best with lots of nations, and is not ideal for the head on clash of empires in the Punic wars, so we avoided these type of settings. Legion Arena covers the Punic wars.
