Spanish-Dutch war?

I am considering making a small scenario putting Spanish fleet versus Dutch one. Spanish, based out of Manila, are going to attempt to capture as many Dutch oil fields as they can. The scenario will take place in summer of 1929.

Hey - I'm still working on it. The chokepoint right now is ground forces. Since this is a conjectural mod, I am having to guess what units would have been present in the region. Another concern is just how detailed do I want to get with the naval forces. RNN used quite a few minor gunboats and minesweepers during that time, and I am trying to decide what's the cutoff point for tonnage.
