Installation Issues

I have the Windows Vista Home Premium edition (32 bit) with Vista service pack 1. The program has been successfully installed on this computer before, but I recently used a
system restore disk provided by the retailer I purchased the computer from.

In terms of Windows Vistas' security, i have disabled User Account Control and I ran the setup application as an administrator. The files were to be saved in the 'Program Files' folder'.

When I try to install the program I recieve this message:

If anyone has encountered this problem before, or knows what it means, I would appreciate your help.

I'm going to have to let someone from Matrix respond to this.  It sounds as though you have a download issue, as I'm not sure why else there would be any Starshatter stuff in your COG:EE download.
