Verry high rating for this review, if hadn´t the game and would read this review i wouldn´t buy it.

Also as he mentioned that maybe Gamespy would host it to find oppenents for Multiplayer...it doesn´t. That was our problem with the german version we couldn´t find any players because there were no chatrooms etc. we could only post in forums wich is really stupid....even 15 year old games had this.

Direct IP is also a feature wich is a hughe laugh in the 21st century there should be other things than direct ip play even old board games had this ages ago.

The hole multiplayer part hasn´t been really improved and for those 4 missions, omaha, caen, maginot line and cologe there for 30 bucks its a bit much.

Here is what i would do with the game:

The game as it is is not more than alpha. I would keep the allied campaign for later use and would make a german campaign from 39 - 45 cause all these early year units are in the game (you can see them with the mapeditor). I also would add some more. Then i would make a russian campaign from 41-45.

To the allied campaign i kept from the original i would put an british campaign in Italy in. So i had then 4 Major Campaigns a german a russian and 2 allied.

Then i would use gamespy for multiplayer, also additional i would place some more maps inside with different time scenarios (not allways 44-45).

A skimrish Modus would round up the package.

And with that the game would be perfect..................but...it was only my guess.
