Popup windowed mode locked to top left?

Popup windowed mode locked to top left?

Subject says it all. In Windowed mode, should the window be locked to the top-left corner of the screen? Just looks kinda strange in 1920x1200 resolution. :)

This is not the case in the next version, but it is so in "Road to Victory". Nice mode for getting to other apps while playing though.
