Missing transports

I have a major problem with PBEM game I'm playing with Leknes. The date is now 10/2/44 and I haven't recieved a single Bayfield transport. The first group should have arrived in April of 43 so they are 1 1/2 years late ! Each Bayfield group can transport a division and there are total of 7 groups of ten of those ships (last one arriving in Feb 45). I just captured Marinas (have had some problems) and I should start plannig invasion of Philipines, but lacking the abilty to transport 6 divisions the situation looks pretty grim. Leknes and I had large surface battles over a year ago, but all damaged ships have been repaired for many months. Has anyone else had this problem and have any suggestions to fix the problem? Or is there anyway a third party could edit the save -file ?

I don't know if this will help, but when there were LST's in the game, sometimes they would not appear. I found that if I put all available AP transports into TF's, activated a unit in SF and then did a 'get transport' a LST unit would appear in SF.
