1084e Undamaged PH ships in Dec 8 scenario

Perhaps this has already been reported, but I can't find it.

When I start the December 8 (Quiet China) scenario, there are no damaged ships at PH on turn one. Did something get lost?

I get something like this, the endurance of CA Minneapolis, DMS Hovey, Boggs, Lamberton, and Chandler are at 0.  No sign of the Arizona, its not at Pearl or on the sunk ships list.?  All other ships are undamaged.

Me three. Arizona and Oklahoma are gone but no other damage to the BB's[&:]

Check that: I am referring to the same problem But in Scenario 9 not 8

Scenario 9 is supposed to be a mirror of scenario 6, but with a quiet China AI. The scen 9 developers may have missed a few things when defining the scenario with that specific focus. Unfortunate. Will consult and hopefully get resolution.
