OOB ERROR

I looked through to see if this was brought up already but did not see anything about the US Amour battalions in 1953/ The M-59s don't have have strength to carry most of the units. They used to in previous releases I think somehow 1.04 created the error

I found similar problems in the german oobs, I found carriers that dont have the strength to carry their passengers.
I think this has something to do with the change  in the capacity (now 2 carriers can carry a 4 strength unit).
Maybe some carriers have still the old value (2 carriers carry 2 units) and then you run into that problem we are witnessing now.

Yes I have noticed in some German OOBs also
