If someone will try to program a EDBTR-Tracker i will give him all infos about the .dat files i have.
Or he can look into my spreadsheet to realize how i have read out the values.

It should indeed be possible. I'd be up for doing a WitP-Tracker equivalent in C# or Java as long as it's all A-OK from Matrix and HS's side.
