No serial number!

I placed my order and downloaded the game. It asks for a serial number, but on the order confirmation it says "not available." I've sent an e-mail to support at Matrix Games, but I want this known here as well.

I cannot check the status of my order, either. That comes up with an error code.

If there is an error in the system somewhere, it should NOT process credit cards or allow orders to be placed.

Needless to say I'm not happy with Matrix or Digital River at the moment.

With every game I have downloaded a serial number was sent in the comfirmation email.

All you can do is wait for a response on your support request. I would expect that you would hear back from them on Monday.
