F11 in PBEM?

you guys must be pretty trusting to play pbem with this feature enabled! WOW
I guess I am somewhat of a catious when it tends to the trust factor, too many poor experiences!

If somebody wants to cheat, he will be able to do it.
Game is very moddable, so most of the files are easy accessible with notepad so if someone wants to cheat you cant stop him.
