New Spain required for TGHQ3 Game

The game is at August 1809. Spain is in a reasonable state, controlling Morocco, Naples and the Papacy, fleet is intact and the army is in a good way. Politically they could be doing better. They are allied with Austria and have recently concluded an informal peace with France. Unfortunately a game bug has recently broken their alliances with GB and Prussia but they are on good terms with both.
