missing scenario error message

Hi all
I'm trying to start a new PBEM game with only two players. I create the files ok, but when I send the game start files to my fellow player he is getting the following error: "Matching Scenario File not Found. Contact Host."
This is the standard 1805 scenario, but in 1.08.02. Any ideas about what I am doing wrong?
