I decided to try to duplicate one of Will Bill's SPWAW Pacific battles in BA. Rough Rescue is small enough.

Generally it's best to start with a very rough map, then unit deployment & AI scripting, then adjusting the map until gameplay is right and finally making it look pretty.

Your current map looks good enough already to start the unit deployment & testing phase.

Looks like it could use some more splots that provide cover though, like hedges, rocks and forests. Currently it looks like infantry doesn't stand much of a chance. Unless that is intentional.

Nothing intentional yet. Just trying to duplicate the original map and ran out of ambition.
