help with gettin a new password

How can I get a password to work. I changed computers and reloaded the first 2 games and cannot get on multi-player. My handle is Cobra12 and e-mail address is jmallon@sircorp.com. Ian told me to go onto the siltherine forum site to request a new password but it doesn't get me into the game.
