If a damaged ship enters a port that is not capable of completely repairing that ship, is it possible to sail the ship to a port that can do so?

Any port can do readiness or pierside repair which will ultimately repair all non major damage. You decide as a player how long to keep them there before sending to a repair port final. FYI, it is advisable to repair non major damage outside a ard
