Saving ship designs

Saving ship designs

Is there a way to save some of the ship designs as opposed to all of them (other than deleting all the designs except the ones you want to save)?

I have a set of default standard start-of-the-game designs. The problem is when I save the designs it includes all the civ ships, etc. So when you load the designs you end up with all the civ-ships, etc duplicated.

If there isn't a way, this would make a great addition. :)

Either that or let me mass delete ship designs, currently I have to go line by line. If I could mass delete it wouldn't be so bad.
