Didn't you know what the old Troll hunting book "En Slik Bjørn Dritt" says? On Page 369 it says:

"Jeg er smart nok til å bruke oversetteren på nettet, men det er fortsatt en bjørn for å være så negativ dritt!"

Meaning: To attract a troll, there's nothing better than to shoult out loud: "warning, trolls will come!"

I think it's pretty awesome. I was a kid when the space shuttle program started and it's been here all my adult life. I'm glad to see a send off like this.

Sometimes publicity is needed to get public support for funding of projects. A pretty nifty sight and if I hadn't moved to Brazil I would've shot many pics from a window in my old home. Next trip back to the US, this summer?, I'll visit the Intrepid once more.

Gotta agree with you 100% there. That is a cool shot, and this is great country. Any country that has restaurants where the condiments are free, and where the toilet paper is nice and thick, is a great country. [:D]

Many people born here and have never been anywhere else can be really quite spoiled and have no idea just how well they have it, especially during rough periods.

It's a great country all right, and a cool shot, but failing to let Houston get one of the shuttles is a crime. Johnson Space Center a/k/a Mission Control was kind of important to the space program and stuff. Don't get me wrong, I love New York City, so this isn't a slam of Gotham. A cynic would analyze the politics of the states that got shuttles and the state that didn't and reach certain conclusions about the decision making process involved and the role of politics in said process.
