Speed arrows.

When you have horse speed arrows, some are large and some are small. Do the small arrows mean less speed than the large arrows or is it graphics?

Thanks.

Its when you replace single fallen horses in a team. They are temporarily penalized reflecting the horses not being familiar with each other.
