Creating an AAR

What are the best methods, tools, and techniques for creating and posting an AAR. For example is it simply screen prints, upload image, etc or?? Please be detailed, thanks so much !?

I use MS Paint to put screen shots in and write something around it and that's it. [:D]

There are probably all kind of nice tools which can make your AAR look nicer and better, but I'm too impatient and simply not interested to spend the time to learn those programs. Probably a little stupid, but that's how I am...
