beta testers needed yet?

I have studied Napoleonic tactics for many years, and, I believe that my studies can be of assistance to the game developers, as they craft a conflict simulation of the complexities of this era of warfare.

Questions about Beta Testers:

How do you guys go about selecting beta testers? Is there a vetting process?

I'm very interested in participating in Waterloo as a beta tester, but suspect that the number of testers will be very small and limited.

I'm more than happy to submit my qualifications by email or PM, if that would be of interest.
