Using halftracks effectively

Post by Nox0s »

I'm having trouble using vehicles like the Stummel effetively in German campaigns/scenarios. They seem so susceptible to artillery fire that anytime I move them out from the rear (if no enemy armor is present), they die fairly quickly. Any suggestions?

Just try to keep them out of sight if possible, as they are an open-top vehicle, they do die easily!! Try to use the 'V' button, to look along a path to take, to see if any known sighted enemy might spot it, of course, then there are the hidden ones.. They are just a support vehicle, but short range does mean they need to move up once in a while!
