Where are the victory pints derived in WTP?

Locations are given various values based on their strategic importance - you can check that by placing the mouse cursor on a certain hex and read the value assigned in the last position up on the top bar in the game interface when the scenario is launched - that's the last position: VP stands for victory points, those are mainly or exclusively urban or town locations in both DC I and DC II.

Is there any way in this game to find all the victory points locations without clicking on every hex? Is there a menu with a list of victory point locations?

Yes go to the s.map tab and then select the town tab all are vp objectives,at least on the netherlands scen.i just made a quick check.
Just checked it's the same for all scen.just click on the individual town's to determine vp level,they vary.
