Operation Market Time - Something strange

I don't know whether I have discovered another bug, since I've only owned the game for about 10 days. I was over an hour into the scenario when all of my neutral contacts went red - hostile at the same time. I was playing with sound turned off to see whether another lock up issue was related to the sound per request of another forum member (Ref. thread on "eternally circling too close " bug). Even contacts that were deemed civilian neutral (green, & orange) all went red. Did I miss something??
