Black game screen

After I view the intro video, my screen goes black. Audio is fine but no visual. I have checked my video drivers.My specs are attached. I am so bummed! I have been waiting for over a year to afford this game...lol. I cannot find the "windows Features" file in my control panel, but i use Explorer 9 (Highest for VISTA) and I have run Windows Media Player with file on my computer. HELP!
