And the most unnerving thing about this battle is the psycological warfare instigated by slaakman. All this information given in caps and without proper grammar; it is just appalling.
As for the russian strategy: I have a hard time finding any germans. When I do, I am thinking of killing them.

I am trying to muster 100 % of my extensive cyber-psychology training to analyze what has motivated you to take on your formidable endeavor. It could be any one or combination of the following:
1. You are very brave.
2. You are at least as crazy as ********.
3. You are impetuous, and just don't give a darn what you are going to go through.
4.You are so smart and such a good general that nothing will stop you from attaining your ultimate goal, which is to "ATTAAK AND CRAAK THE SLAAK, AND NOT TURN BAAK!

Summoning all of my intuition and experience, I would say it's
a combination of #1 and #4. (I hope!)
If you are in fact sane, I sincerely hope that you are still that way at the end of your match! We will check in every now and then to make sure you're okay. If you start doing all caps, mispelling everything, no verbs, QUOTING YOURSELF (sheesh!), etc., we will have to reconsider allowing you to deteriorate further, or we will put you on some kind of medication, so that you don't end up permanently damaging yourself.

Josan betting for #6 does not surprise me at all since he gave me one good beating a while ago. But I hope/think/pray/suspect that slaak is not quite in Josans class, so I think I have a fair chance of reaching Berlin.
Stefdragon; you forgot the main thing here. I made a bet with slaakie saying that if I loose I'd send him a new caps-lock. So, by sacrificing myself I can perhaps make this world a better place.
But at the end of the day it might turn out to be #3 mixed with #5 & #6. Add a full moon to that and you have Scream 4.

i am pacing myself. the luftwaffe is in total control; slaakie has tricked me into never using caps, and that includes cap missions, unfortunately.

I have just concluded minor attacks to probe the german positions.
We've played around 6-7 turns and the SUD front has fallen twice. The Luftwaffe, albeit in total control of the skies in the east, are loosing more fighters than they produce trying to defend das Vaterland. I can safely say that even with the current losses in manpower (I have more and my squad pool is increasing) time is on the red side.
