Is there a "manual" or guide to what is in NI? All I see is the old, original Command manual.

Hi,

There no "NI manual" per se. However, you can see the v1.09 additions (as well as everythign else added/changed post-v1.00) on the Manual Addendum section on the WarfareSims site.
