Check for Update error

Sorry if this has been answered previously - I looked but couldn't find anything appropriate. When I try to "Check for Update"using the button on the start up screen I get the following error message:

"Failed to load update file - possible client/data version mismatch"

The automatic update used to work - any thoughts.

manual update from the forum with the latest version if auto doesn't work

other option is check the permission of the game exe in the AV and firewall logs to see why it's or if it's being blocked
