AI Turn?

in poland scenario AI needs 10 minutes for each turn,
I used "AI fast speed"
i play on fast gaming laptop, windows 8, updated game with no change

i played some years ago dec. campaign warsaw - and it's still so long the AI turn

can i do anything else or is 10 minutes usual?

remark: when i play advanced tactics AI turn ist fast
